Reiki
The practice of Reiki is an original method of healing, developed by Mikao Usui in Japan early in the 20th century, which is activated by intention. It works on every level, not just the physical.
The Japanese word Reiki means ‘Universal Energy’. Known as ‘ki’ in Japan, ‘chi’ in China and ‘prana’ in India. Acupuncture, T’ai chi and Yoga are also based on the free-flow of this energy in a person.
Reiki is a non-invasive therapy whose purpose is to treat holistically and to restore homeostasis.
Reiki encourages and supports positive personal choices, such as improving diet, taking more exercise, devoting time for rest or leisure activities. Engendering greater inner harmony and balance, promote a calmer response to life’s challenges.
The practice of Reiki is not just for the purpose of healing the body and emotion. It also opens up one’s awareness to energy fields and brings life wisdom by integrating the universal energy within oneness.

Reiki Courses
Reiki 1:
1 full day or 2 half days teaching course. The certificate will be issued after 5 Reiki practices with me are completed. Course fee: £100 including textbook, certificate and 5 Reiki practices.
Reiki 2:
1 full day or 2 half days teaching course. The certificate will be issued after 30 case studies are completed. Course fee £150 including textbook and certificate.
Reiki Master:
To do the course requires at least 2 years Reiki practice. I will assess every individual to make sure she or he is ready to become a Reiki master. The course is including 1 full day teaching and practice. Course fee £250 including textbook and certificate.
N.B. If you have done Reiki 1 with another master and wish to do Reiki 2 course with me, I will need to assess you before acceptance onto the course.
